Charlotte Ipsan earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing/Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Tract from the University of Louisville. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree from Rush University in Chicago. Charlotte joined the Council after adopting a family from one of the agency’s programs during the holidays. She feels that her work around the maternal Child health care continuum lends itself to the programs that St. Elizabeth’s offers to our community. Charlotte is the mother of four children, Brandon 29, Tyler 27, Ian 24 and Emrie 16. She and her husband Robin co-own a dance studio in Georgetown, Indiana where they enjoy watching children of all ages build confidence and healthy lifestyles and most importantly, “have fun!”
